Galaxy S26 Pro gets bigger screen and larger battery

Ana sayfa / News

The Galaxy S26 Pro is shaping up to be more than just a name change. A fresh Galaxy S26 Pro leak reveals the phone will sport a 6.27-inch display, up from the 6.2-inch panel on the Galaxy S25. That half-step bump suggests slimmer bezels and a slightly more immersive design.

The leak also mentions a 4,300mAh battery, which marks a 300mAh jump from the Galaxy S25. It’s not a dramatic leap, but it does signal that Samsung is making small, meaningful tweaks to justify the Pro branding.

This is not the first time whispers about the S26 Pro’s hardware have surfaced. Earlier reports hinted that the phone could add a second NFC antenna near the top of the device. If true, it would mirror Apple’s approach on the iPhone, making contactless payments smoother and less position-sensitive.

The move could also improve device-to-device interactions like file sharing. For a phone pitched as a Pro model, these little touches could matter just as much as raw specs.

iPhone 17 Pro Leak Shows a Metal Move No One Saw Coming

A new leak hints Apple may drop titanium for the iPhone 17 Pro, with an all-aluminum chassis and redesigned camera bump.

As for the rear setup, don’t expect a shake-up. The phone will likely keep the triple-lens array Samsung used on the S25: a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide, and a telephoto lens. Whether Samsung tweaks the telephoto’s capabilities remains unknown, but the foundation looks steady.

Under the hood, Samsung is reportedly testing two possible processors: the in-house 2nm Exynos 2600 or Qualcomm’s 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2 For Galaxy. Storage options may start at 256GB and stretch to 512GB, paired with 12GB of RAM.

There’s another intriguing possibility: Qi2 wireless charging. Samsung is said to be exploring the use of built-in magnets, bringing the S26 series in line with the latest wireless charging standards.

Between its modestly larger display, boosted battery, and potential charging upgrades, the Galaxy S26 Pro seems set to carve its spot between the standard and Ultra models. Samsung’s official word is still months away, but with leaks piling up, the Pro label is starting to sound less like a gimmick and more like a deliberate step up.
